Our customer, a leading real estate syndication company, was facing the challenge of streamlining the acquisition and management process for multifamily rental properties. They needed a modern, user-friendly platform that could offer investment partners the opportunity to leverage shares of properties into a passive monthly income.
Our Solution
As a full stack development partner, we were able to provide a solution with our expertise in React, Redux, and Django. We built a custom platform that thoroughly evaluates properties to find assets with vast potential but are currently undervalued due to disengaged management. Our platform allows for the streamlined acquisition and management process of multifamily rental properties, resulting in exceptional returns for our investment partners.
To ensure security and confidentiality, we implemented investor authentication using Microsoft MSAL, Django-REST back-end, and React front-end. Additionally, we integrated a dashboard system that visualizes when the investment is sold and the bulk profit is divided and distributed to each investor in the deal. This dashboard feature has proven to be a valuable asset, enhancing the multifamily investing experience for our customer’s investment partners.
